I work as an artist at the intersection of contemporary art, film, and digital culture. My practice grows out of close observation—of places, people, and moments of cultural change—and from a long engagement with underground scenes and shifting social landscapes.

I move fluidly between photography, video, writing, and audiovisual production, following intuition as much as structure.

Working under the name monna_made, I create digital works and digi-prints from my own images, often conceived as functional art, where everyday life becomes part of the artwork itself.

Lately, I have been captivated by new technology that allows me to craft intricate images and sequences, while preserving the raw authenticity of my inspirations.​

My Video Art  began in the 1980s

when I showcased large-scale slideshows

across skyscrapers, clubs,

and  theaters in NYC.  

 

DIGI PRINTS

My Digi-Prints are printed on canvas and

a variety of materials, including Textiles 
and Decorative objects 

Each piece offers the opportunity to own an exclusive,

custom design - a personal emblem, that can be transformed
